I'm thinking i should try with a smaller drive (do they even make sata drives smaller than 250 G these days)? BTW, don't just delete the boot partition and think that will solve the problem, the issue is more likely due to the settings given to both the boot partition and the Drive jumper already set to Master (not cable select).
