I disabled the Hamachi VPN and restarted the server, the VPN came back enabled again but this time (notice below) the LAN Adapter appears on top and the VPN second. i checked the logs and there is a constant error which says:"The DNS server encountered error 32 attempting to load zone my company.local from Active Directory. Only in the childdomain. If I change the DNS on the domain computers to that of the router they can access the internet but if I point the DNS to the IP of the server This will cause DNS clients to be unable to perform DNS updates. Could you try to remove the Trusted Anchors Zone form AR13 and make a replication form AR14 by using ADSIEditand see how is going ? You can try clearing the checkboxes (write down the settings first or grab a screenshot), then quitting and restarting your browser and see if that helps.
As for the delegation, not sure whether to tell you to delete it or not. Do you have any other Domain Controllers in this domain? As such you can force it to try and register them by restarting that service.
The DNS server encountered error 32 attempting to load zone 1.16.172.in-addr.arpa from Active Directory. NSLookup always works, it is entirely possible the DNS Server you're trying to query doesn't. I take it there's currently no _msdcs sub-folder in there?
